Incredible Brands, Incredible Structures (IBIS) was commissioned to design interior space and exterior entertainment lounge in North Miami, FL for an existing food and beverage business with access to the existing exits and an exciting street facing facade that allows semi-private indulging. The highlight of this design are the undulating and protruding Aluminum boxes that provide both a peak at the vibes inside, the street outside and alternate to provide even spaced seating on the interior. The handicap ramp was designed so that it can also be used as stairs with a 6″ rise by not following the ramp. Incredible!
IBIS Agency also served as managing and marketing consultant for the first 3 months bringing in $80,000.00 USD revenue with ZERO marketing budget using resources and experience to receive 20% revshare and set the pace for the owner to take over. We developed a brand identity that tied the feel of the decor with the personality of the staff where waitresses were called “Housewives” on branded uniforms and free drinks were rewarded for beating them at the bar at popular household games like Tic-Tac-Toe.
